A FIRE in Talmage Street in Sunshine has left a council listed heritage house in ruins.
This comes as one of the four house fires that have been reported in the Sunshine area in the past couple of weeks.
Last weekend fire engulfed the Sunshine City Bowling club owned two-storey house, which was believed to be occupied by squatters.
Police were called by MFB officials due to the suspicious circumstances surrounding the fire, with an arson chemist attending the scene a short time later.
