POLICE are calling for witnesses to a daylight armed robbery in Sunshine last Thursday.
An 18-year-old male was waiting for a taxi around 11.50am on the corner of Devonshire Rd and Appleby Court, Sunshine, when he was approached by two males.
When the two men approached the 18-year old, they pulled a knife to his neck, demanding his iPhone and cigarettes.
It’s believed the two offenders ran off along Appleby Court after the altercation, while the victim continued to wait for his taxi.
The victim received no physical injuries during the incident, but appeared shaken when he visited Sunshine Police Station a short time later.
