St Albans knife attack

BRIMBANK Criminal Investigation Unit is searching for the offender and victim involved in a knife attack in St Albans last week.
Police were called to Taylors Rd after residents witnessed a young woman threatening an elderly woman with a knife at around 10.25am on Wednesday.
Police who attended the scene saw the young woman carrying the knife, but she fled before they could restrain her.
The woman is described as being in her late teens to mid-twenties, around 150cm tall, with a slim build, long straight black or dark hair and was wearing a white striped t-shirt, denim jacket and dark knee-high boots.
Police spoke to witnesses at the scene, but are also still searching for the victim, who is described as being approximately 70 years of age.
