POLICE are looking for witnesses to a violent road rage incident in Deer Park over the weekend.
A vehicle stalled at the Station Rd and Ballarat Rd intersection at around 11.30am on Saturday causing a traffic delay. An altercation between two drivers ensued.
The driver of the rear vehicle left the scene, but returned with several men armed with weapons.
The men smashed the windows of the stalled vehicle, which the driver had locked himself in for protection. A number of calls were made to Triple Zero, but the offenders had left the screen before police arrived. The 40-year-old Melton South victim suffered minor injuries.
