Governor-General Quentin Bryce made a special visit to Melbourne’s West last week. To mark the 60th anniversary of Meals on Wheels, Ms Bryce, pictured with Hobsons Bay City Council CEO Bill Jaboor, visited the Community Chef Regional Kitchen in Altona.
