Brimbank drug busts

POLICE discovered nearly 30 grams of heroin during a routine traffic stop in St Albans last month.
A 20-year-old St Albans man was pulled over in Vincent Ave on Thursday 24 November before police discovered the heroin hidden in his car.
He was charged with trafficking heroin and remanded in custody.
The Brimbank Drug Unit also discovered heroin, along with cannabis and stolen goods when they executed a search warrant in Station Rd, Deer Park on Monday 21 November.
A 33-year-old was charged with trafficking heroin and handling stolen goods.
Police seized 335 cannabis plants growing in a house when they executed a search warrant in Lindley Ave in Caroline Springs on Friday 11 November.
On Thursday 3 November police discovered heroin, ecstasy, ice, prohibited weapons, a large amount of cash and drug manufacturing equipment during a raid in Wylie Circuit, Burnside Heights.
A 26-year-old Burnside Heights man and 20-year-old St Albans man were arrested and charged with trafficking heroin and other offences.
