TALENTED students, at a Sunshine West school will display their culinary and creative skills this week.
Pupils from Year 10 to 12, including Ngan, left, and Lananh, who are undertaking hospitality studies at the school will host a Restaurant Night on Wednesday 13 March.
The menu will celebrate the late summer harvest and feature fresh produce grown by the school’s gardening clubs.
The restaurant evening will be enhanced by student musicians from the Marian College String Ensemble, who will perform for guests as they arrive.
This event was organised between the school’s VET co-ordinator Cam Woolcock, Music and Drama co-ordinator Mari Eleanor, and the String Ensemble Programs director Jenny Tawa. 94802 Picture: JOE MASTROIANNI
