IT IS time for a Keilor park to turn over a new leaf.
Brothers Alexander and Nikolas are rapt Calder Rise Neighbourhood Park in Patterson Ave is set to be upgraded by Brimbank City Council.
The open space will soon include more play equipment, an exercise circuit, basketball half-court, outdoor fitness equipment, tree planting, new garden beds, new irrigation system and new signage.
The council has also proposed removing the ‘Neighbourhood’ from the park’s name, simply renaming the site Calder Rise Park. 116565 Picture: DAMJAN JANEVSKI
