CHILDREN’S author Sherryl Clark attended Altona Primary School last Wednesday for a special reading event.  The reading was part of Hoppers Crossing Carpet Court’s new literacy competition.  The Storybook Challenge gives primary schools in the area the chance to win $1000 in books and a colourful reading mat for the classroom by encouraging school students to submit an illustrated story sharing what they love most about their community.
