VICTORIA University PhD researcher Victoria Wyckelsma says you’re never too old to sweat it out. Ms Wyckelsma is looking for volunteers over the age of 65 to take part in a 12-week study to prove the physical benefits of the high intensity training. A previous study by Ms Wycklesma shows 70-year-olds could handle the intensity of aerobic work-outs on exercise bikes despite their age or fitness levels.
