FIRE-FIGHTERS discovered a hydroponic cannabis set-up when they attended a fire in Sunshine West last week.
Neighbours of a Lachlan Rd property called the MFB after a fire broke out at around 6am on Monday 9 April.
As crews worked their way through the fire they found evidence of a cannabis set-up, which is believed to have sparked the blaze. Police attended the scene and executed a warrant on the premises to take possession of the equipment and plant material.
