MELE Napaia is practising her moves ahead of a huge dance-off later this month. Ms Napaia will be one of more than 200 dancers from the west and Ballarat to take part in a flashmob style dance-off, eMotion, to celebrate the opening of the refurbished Hamer Hall. This event will be the culmination of a six-month program of face-to-face and online dance workshops at Footscray’s Phoenix Youth Centre and other locations to celebrate Australia’s vibrant, multicultural communities. eMotion will take place over 28 and 29 July. 83369 Picture: DAMJAN JANEVSKI
