St Albans Secondary College student Tuan Pham is pinning his talents together for International Youth Day. Brimbank Youth Services are celebrating the day next week with an evening of fashion, craft and culture, including activities like t-shirt printing, jewellery-making, henna, braiding and weaving. The free activities will take place from 4pm to 6.30pm on Tuesday 14 August at Errington Community Centre.
