HOBSONS Bay teens are invited to register for a personal development camp.
The three-day Challenges of Life camp, run by the Hobsons Bay Council, will be open to students in years 10 and 11.
“Young men are becoming more open to issues of personal development,” said councillor Bill Baarini, chairman of the youth voice committee.
“The camp is an opportunity for them to focus on self-awareness, communication and personal development in a safe environment with their peers.”
The camp will run from Tuesday 16 May to Thursday 18 May at Fairhaven, on the Great Ocean Road.
Vaughan McCarthy or Jade Nolan from council’s youth services will take bookings on 9932 3000.
Registrations close on Friday 28 April.
An introductory session will be held on Wednesday 10 May from 10am to 1pm, with a follow up session on Wednesday 31 May from 4pm to 7pm.
