WILLIAMSTOWN pitcher Jason Lester fired the ball in as his side enjoyed a 13-6 win over local rivals Newport in Round 4 of Baseball Victoria’s Division Two Summer League on Sunday afternoon. Williamstown sits third on the ladder with three wins from three games, while Newport is eighth with two wins and two losses. Newport dug deep to defeat Springvale 5-3 under lights at Melbourne Ball Park on Thursday.
