JENNIFER Burrows wants to help women make a change to improve their life for the better one week at a time.
The new book by the Williamstown resident called “Live the Life of your Dream” is a 10-week life changing program.
“If ever you have questioned your existence, the reason you’re here, or wondered if there was more to life that this, then this is the book for you,” Ms Burrows said.
“(The book is) populated with exercises to help the reader achieve real results and many inspirational stories of achievement by those who have been there, done that and got the T-shirt.”
Ms Burrows said the book was predominately written for women between the ages of 35 to 60 years have recognised they want more than they haveShe said younger women and men could also benefit from the read.
“What we have presented here is 10 authorities contributing their expertise in one place. You only have to buy the book, read one book to change your life, not 10,” she said.
Ms Burrows said the idea for the book was sparked by a maternal child health nurse named Julie Gibson, who came up with the concept after she experienced a mid-life crisis.
“I committed to the book from the get go because I saw an opportunity to change the way women spoke to themselves, to build self-esteem, to re-build confidence and to help women fall in love with themselves in a way that is healthy, sustainable and would bring them huge rewards,” she said.
Ms Burrows said a challenge for everyone involved in producing the book was to make sure the perfect co-authors were involved.
“The combined years of research, study, knowledge and experience is huge.”
