Love is in the lights

A couple enjoy the lights on Valentine's Day.

WILLIAMSTOWN couple Courtney Bebend and her fiancé Jake Jauhari will light up their wedding in style next month.
Bride-to-be and founder of Letter Lights, Courtney will wed Jake under the mystical handmade lights.
“We started the business because we wanted something a little bit different for our wedding,” Ms Bebend said.
The idea came when she started organising her own wedding and she wanted to share the special lights with other brides.
“People are really impressed with them and I think they like the story that goes with it,” Ms Bebend said.
“I was a bride out on a mission. I got them made and now they’re available for other people to use.”
The lights come in a range of shapes, letters and numbers.
Ms Bebend said they were the perfect prop for any occasion.
“They are very unique,” she said. “Large or small hearts can be used as a wedding art or you can say your ‘I dos’ in front of them.”
Miss Bebend will have several of the lighting props displayed at her own wedding including the hearts and a ‘Mr & Mrs’ sign.
“People in general want to have more of a personalised wedding these days so they are trying to source new and creative things,” she said.
