ALTONA North Divisional Response Unit investigators executed a warrant a week ago which resulted in them finding a cache of counterfeit notes.
The warrant was executed at a house in Beachley St, Braybrook, just after 9.30pm.
During the search, investigators allegedly located over 100 counterfeit $50 dollar notes and equipment used to manufacture them.
Police also located drugs believed to be methamphetamine, cannabis and ecstasy.
A 38-year-old Braybrook man was arrested at the location and has since been released on police bail to appear at Sunshine Magistrates’ Court on 7 May, 2013.
