“Volunteering provides a way to give back to the community and to the girls and young women who will be tomorrow’s leaders.”
“We provide training and support for you in your role and there are a number of areas that you can volunteer in that will suit your lifestyle.”
There are a range of roles on offer for volunteers including working directly with girls at a unit meeting level, being involved in the latest initiative – iGGi, a private online social media platform; there are roles in administration, fundraising, finance, social media, and advocacy.
“Guiding gives you the chance to use your skills and talents as well as providing opportunities to enhance your skills and allows you to try new things.”
