THE ARTISTIC talents of a Bayside P-12 student will be displayed on a billboard and on show for all to see. Year 12 student Joshua Legaspi’s design for the annual college wide Arts Technology Exhibition will help promote the event and be used on the invitations.
Bayside Community and International Program Co-ordinator Tracy James said his works were extremely professional, making it hard to believe a Year 12 students was responsible.
“The concept and production of the artwork, the wording, colourising, layout, it’s all Josh.”
“A professional could not have achieved the criteria for this brief more thoroughly.”
His billboards will be placed at our Altona North campus on Millers Rd, Williamstown campus on Kororoit Creek ard and at the Paisley campus on Blenheim Rd.
The Arts and Technology Exhibition will feature works from all year levels and differing mediums covered by arts and technology learning areas.
There will be student work in photography, including the Pixel8 Competition winners, woodwork, art, media, food and more.
Opening Night is 7pm, 1 November. All will take place at the college’s newly completed, architecturally designed Paisley campus.
There will be performers from the school’s music department along with dramatic performances by the drama students to entertain visitors. Admission is free and it is open to the general public.
