AFTER years of promises, delays and redesigns, Majestic Cinemas has delivered Port Macquarie’s cinema complex.
Three new screens and a new foyer area highlight the cinema, which now boasts five screens.
The development is a vast improvement to the cinema experience for both locals and visitors.
“After many years of work on the project, we are immensely proud of the finished result and very excited to have the new cinemas ready in time for the September school holiday period,” Majestic Cinemas chief Kieren Dell said.
“This transformation allows us to provide more choice of movies, of session times and even screen movies for longer seasons. This means we can provide the flexibility our patrons want.”
While the construction process has been a long, noisy and dusty experience, Mr Dell said he was certain the pain would be worth the gain.
“The end result is a sophisticated, state-of-the art cinema facility with full disabled access to all cinemas and an improved facility for the community”.
The new entry to the new cinema complex is through the main doors of the Ritz Centre. Take the escalator directly into the all new foyer.
