ROUND three of the Mid North Coast Rugby Union Competition has been played.
In the Upper Mid North Coast Competition, in first grade, Coffs Harbour 21 defeated Hastings Valley 15, Kempsey 19 defeated Southern Cross University 18 and Port Macquarie had a bye.
In reserve grade, Coffs Harbour 24 defeated Hastings Valley 12, Kempsey 22 defeated Southern Cross University 10 and Port Macquarie 18 defeated Bowraville 16.
In the Under 18s, Bowraville 41 defeated Port Macquarie 14 and under-16s, Coffs Harbour 48 defeated Hastings Valley 12, Southern Cross University 39 defeated Kempsey 14 and Port Macquarie 33 defeated Dorrigo 6.
In the Lower Mid North Coast Competition, in first grade Forster 44 defeated Old Bar 5, Manning 55 defeated Wallamba 10, Gloucester 17 drew with Myall Coast 17.
