The exhibitors offered students accurate information on their choices and options for future education, training or career paths.
Year 12 students from 15 public and private schools attended including Kempsey High School, Melville High School, St Pauls Kempsey, Kempsey Adventist School and Kempsey TAFE.
The other schools that attended were Camden Haven High School, Westport High School, Newmans Senior Technical College, Port Macquarie Christian Heritage School, Port Macquarie High School, St Joseph’s Regional High School, Wauchope High School, St Columba School Port Macquarie, Port Macquarie TAFE and MacKillop Senior College.
Co-ordinating teacher Mark Rix was pleased with how the day went.
“The students are here in their droves and are busy talking to staff from the universities and other providers.
“Everyone is communicating, just as it should be,” Mr Rix said.
“Yes, I do rate the day a huge success and we’ll be in Taree tomorrow doing it all again.”
