ABOUT 3.10am on Monday 22 November, two men entered the Coles Express Service Station in Queen St, Altona Meadows.
One man remained at the door, while the other produced a knife and demanded cash and cigarettes from the attendant.
The second man climbed the shelving on the outside of the counter and leaned through the wire barriers to reach the cash drawer.
They left on foot with a quantity of cash.
Both men are about 20 years of age, approximately 170-180cm tall, with dark skin and of a medium build.
The first man was wearing a black long sleeved top, a black and white striped scarf, black shorts with a yellow stripe and a black baseball cap.
The second man was wearing a striped hooded top and blue jeans.
Police have released images of two men whom they believe may be able to assist them in their inquiries.
