Teddy Bears Picnic for families

THE Autism Angels group will hold its annual Teddy Bears Picnic on Sunday 7 April in Keilor, much to the delight of Taylors Hill youngster Alessio. The 11-year-old will be among the many children and families at the picnic, held a week after World Autism Day on 2 April. His mother Dina is the president of Autism Angels, a not-for-profit group which supports families in the West. Their Teddy Bears Picnic will be on from 11-3pm at the Harvey Lagoon Reserve, Old Calder Highway in Keilor, with a barbecue, jumping castle, teddy bears hospital, youth entertainers and face painters.
