PARENTS from across the City of Melton are being encouraged to prepare for next year’s kindergarten placements with a range of enrolment sessions being held this month. And for thousands of tiny tots like little Izabelle, 3, who live in Melbourne’s West, there is nothing more exciting than preparing for that first milestone in their education. A 2015 Kindergarten Open Day will be held at participating kindergartens on Wednesday 12 March, between 6pm and 8pm and is designed for parents and their children to explore their local kindergarten, meet teachers, ask questions and get information to help inform their decision on which kindergarten to enrol their child. Parents are also encouraged to come along to a Parent and Educator Information on Tuesday 18 March, 6.30pm and 8pm at the Melton Library auditorium, 31 McKenzie Street, Melton.
