SUNSHINE residents Lisa Do and Linh Tran will have a flipping good time when they bring out their frying pans for Pancake Day next week. The Pancake Parlour will host a mad pancake dash in the Annual Ladies Pancake Tossing Race next Tuesday to celebrate Shrove Tuesday. Ladies from all over Melbourne will toss pancakes in a 380m race on 12 February.
