SUNSHINE girl Ajaj Dau Chawuoch took centre stage over the weekend to help Brimbank youngsters pursue their soccer dreams. The aspiring model took to the catwalk during Glamour 2011, a fashion parade organised to raise money for the Sydenham Park Soccer Club. Held at the Melrose Reception Centre, the event featured the work of Cairnlea designer Aneta Pazeski. The duo donated their time to the event in a bid to give budding soccer players the chance to follow their dreams. Sydenham Park Soccer mum Lidia Ribarovska said the event raised more than $10,000 for the club last year. She said membership of the club had skyrocketed this season, with 240 kids enrolled, a 48 per cent rise on last year.
