SMALL businesses in the Altona area will be able to access relevant, reliable and affordable information on starting a business, thanks to a workshop.
The Starting Your Business workshop will be held at the Hobsons Bay Civic Centre at 6pm on Wednesday 22 February 2012.
Member for Western Metropolitan Bernie Finn MP said he encouraged all small business owners to take advantage of this initiative, which he believed would be invaluable to the future of a company.
“Many have already realised the benefits of participating in the workshops and seminars with the added advantage of networking with people in similar situations.’’ Mr Finn said.
Last year, more than 3000 businesses throughout Victoria participated in Small Business Victoria’s workshops and seminars.
Through the program, businesses and prospective business owners are provided with the facts and advice needed to make informed decisions and create a platform for ongoing success.
