A MAN and a woman have been charged following an armed robbery in Sunshine last week.
The robbery occurred at the Sunshine railway bus terminal on Dickson St about 4.10pm on Tuesday 2 January.
The victim, a 19-year-old man from Sunshine, was waiting for a bus when he was allegedly robbed.
Protective Service Officers working at Southern Cross Railway Station identified the man and woman about 10pm and detectives arrested them shortly after.
The 31-year-old male and 27-year-old female, both from Docklands, were charged with armed robbery, assault and use and possession of a controlled weapon.
They appeared at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
