NOT many gymnasts can achieve a perfect 10, but Vladimir Shorinov has.
The former Russian national coach left his homeland after the 2000 Olympics and established Gymnastics Unlimited Australia Club 10 years ago in Kealba.
The club has now opened doors in Caroline Springs and is focussed on competing at national and international level.
Shorinov said in the past decade the company had gone from a humble gymnastics club that rented Kealba College’s gym for only one hour a week to having two venues with more than 700 members and 30 coaches.
While Shorinov said the club was focussed on developing elite gymnasts, it also offered tiny tots a chance to expend their excess energy and hosts programs for school children and teenagers.
