ALTONA Miniature Railway Inc will continue to operate at 1-21 Blenheim Rd, Altona North, after signing a lease with the council.
The club will pay $720 per year with annual CPI adjustments to lease the 37,640 square metres of Crown land.
Extensive discussions between the Miniature Railway, Department of Sustainability and Environment and the council have resolved a range of issues associated with the Paisley Park location.
