Stars shine at Brimbank Cup

A VICTORIA Police soccer team took on the World 11 squad in an exhibition game at Keilor Park Recreation Reserve on Saturday to help celebrate this year’s Brimbank Cup festivities. SPORTSMANSHIP and community ties were the real winners after the Brimbank Cup at the weekend. More than 15 cultures were represented at the event including a World 11 team taking on the Victoria Police soccer team on Saturday. The annual sporting tournament helps to strengthen bonds between formal and informal soccer clubs across the municipality.
