MELTON Waves was awash with eager youngsters last week as the sun made a rare appearance. Toddlers like three-year-old Harvey were more than happy to don their bathers and goggles and splash about in the local swimming pool and even the nation’s greatest horse race could not pry them away from the water. With the hotter weather fast approaching parents are being urged to ensure that children are constantly supervised in and around the water.
