ALI McGregor is back at The Substation this month, this time to preview her new show ‘Alchemy’.
Ms McGregor last graced The Substation in November last year with her show ‘Jazz Cigarette’.
She will be holding a one-off special preview of ‘Alchemy’ before she takes it to the Adelaide Fringe Festival and beyond.
In the show, Ms McGregor draws on all of her influences from opera, cabaret and trashy ’80s pop divas for inspiration. Working alongside the finest jazz musicians, she creates unique hybrids from popular songs, standards and blues.
On Sunday 19 February doors open 7.30pm.
