IT WAS a day of celebrations for St Albans resident Charlie Desira who was presented with a cheque last Thursday after being announced as the Star Volunteer of the Year. Five hard-working volunteers from across Melbourne’s west were awarded with $1000 from our sponsor, the Werribee Automotive Group.
