CAROLINE Springs tiny tot, Mikaela, enjoyed clowning around last week – all in the name of a good cause. This little cutie got into the spirit of Red Nose Day which falls on Friday, 28 June. The event is held annually and is the major fund-raiser for SIDS and Kids. SIDS and Kids is dedicated to saving the lives of babies and children during pregnancy, birth, infancy and childhood and to supporting bereaved families.
