A 16-bedroom home is up for sale in Deer Park. 94128 Picture: CONTRIBUTED

COULD this property become Deer Park’s most expensive house?
The 16-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in Fairways Blvd is presently for sale through Ray White Point Cook.
There is no estimated sale price listed for the home on the real estate site domain.com.au, but the website ranks it as the most valuable property out of more than 105 homes selling in the suburb.
When searching the website for properties valued at more than $1 million in Deer Park, the home appears at the top of the list.
The Fairways Blvd house is listed above another four-bedroom, two-bath home in Deer Park with an estimated price of between $650,000 and $695,000 – but below some vacant industrial land worth $1.5 million.
The most expensive home sold in Deer Park across the past 12 months was a Dalmuir Blvd home with four bedrooms, which went for $435,000.
With a median house price of $340,000, Deer Park does not commonly have $1 million dollar homes listed for sale – unlike Keilor East which is located just 10 kilometres away.
But with its parquetry flooring, square set cornices and designer light fittings, the Fairways Blvd home could possibly pass the $1 million mark, if Domain.com.au is on the money.
The home is approximately 72 squares and each bathroom has a full ensuite and balconies on two sides.
The home is being sold as suitable for a migration hub, student accommodation “or your own piece of luxury”.
It is also listed as overlooking parklands, a walk to the shopping centre, close to public transport and within walking distance to all amenities.
Potential buyers can only view the home with an appointment and photo ID. Call Eyad Khudruj from Ray White on 0414 711 647 for an inspection.
