The cats were being cared for by a wildlife volunteer in a garage enclosure, along with their mother and three other kittens.
It is believed they were stolen sometime after 11pm last Thursday.
The owner told Star the kittens were being bottle fed and would not survive without their formula.
He appealed to the thieves to return them to their mother.
“I don’t know how anyone could be so cruel as to take these kittens away from their mother,” he said.
The kittens are believed to be the only items stolen during the burglary.
