THREE men from the Haddara family have been arrested following raids by the Santiago Taskforce last Friday.
Waleed Haddara, 27, was charged with attempted murder, intentionally causing serious injury, conduct endangering life, possessing a firearm and other firearms offences.
His brother, Fadi, 33, was charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, intentionally and recklessly cause serious injury and their cousin Saad, 27, was charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, handle stolen goods, possess firearm and assault offences.
All three men from Altona North were remanded in custody and appeared at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Monday 21 March.
More than 100 police members, including armed officers, raided properties in Altona, Altona North, Seabrook, Caroline Springs, Williamstown North and Hoppers Crossing.
