HOBSONS Bay City Council will ask residents what they think of its services in a city-wide community survey due to take place from the end of this month. The survey asks residents to rate the council’s performance in communications, customer service, parks and gardens, cleaning and maintenance, environmental issues, urban development and public health.
Councillor Renee Caruana said the survey was part of the council’s commitment to consult with and involve residents in shaping and improving services for the future.
“We will use residents’ feedback to develop and plan services that respond to the needs of the community,” she said.
