FOOTSCRAY’S River Nile Learning Centre is getting a little helping hand from NAB employees. Students Sarah Konteh, left, and Jeanne Ruhusa, right, are among those who have fortnightly mentoring from employees such as Jennifer Follet, centre, who helps the girls get ready to enter the workforce. The River Nile Learning Centre, which is  funded by the Department of Education and various philanthropic trusts and donations, has outgrown it’s existing office suite on Whitehall St but is facing funding problems paying the rent on the current site and associated costs with running the centre.
