As Star went to print on Monday the page had received more than 1540 likes with countless Facebook users expressing their sympathies.
One person said they were “speechless” and couldn’t believe what had happened.
“When I heard this horrific news, I couldn’t even move or say a word… my prayers and thoughts goes to the family… May she R.I.P,” added another follower.
“R.I.P little cousin… We will keep u in our hearts forever … don’t ever forget that we luv u …from ur older cousin Emmanel,” a moving tribute posted on the site said.
“To her brave family, please don’t let this defeat you… Australia is behind you and we do care,” wrote another Facebook follower.
