CAROLINE Springs will be the home of a new shopping precinct, maybe in January.
Residents will have access to more convenient shopping, retail outlets and restaurants when doors open at the new Northlake retail precinct.
Located in the Northlake area, the retail precinct will house 13 retailers, including a convenience store, dentist and fitness centre.
Newly appointed Delfin Lend Lease project director Sean Pinan said the retail precinct is on track to open early in 2011 and is sure to become a popular destination for residents.
“The precinct will provide even more amenity to residents and reconfirms Delfin’s commitment to infrastructure in our communities,” Mr Pinan said.
