JAMIE Azzopardi doesn’t need to juggle travel with work, he just combines the two.
The St Albans resident was so sick of having no time to take a break he decided to bring his two passions together in spectacular fashion.
Since launching his career as an event planner earlier this year, the teenager has been living the dream working behind the scenes at prestigious fashion shows.
Now, Mr Azzopardi is taking the show on the road with his latest venture – a fashion road trip.
The budding planner and his crew of models, stylists and photographers hit the road yesterday on a Melbourne to Sydney trip of a lifetime.
Along the way, the group will be stopping at iconic sites between the two cities to shoot. Their collection of fashion photos will later be unveiled online.
Mr Azzopardi said he hit on the project as a way of combining his two greatest passions.
“I love fashion and I love travel but when you’re working hard it’s so difficult to find the time to balance everything.
“So I thought why not combine the two?”
The teenager said he was excited about the unique fashion show.
“The Australian landscape is so inspiring and I’m really looking forward to using it as the backdrop for the shoot.”
