NEWPORT Lakes Park visitors are reminded they are not allowed to fish or boat, or walk dogs in certain areas, following a series of recent attacks on swans and other wildlife.
Three swans have been killed or seriously injured since last spring.
Dogs are prohibited in the area around the lakes.
However, dog owners can still walk their dogs on-leash in the Pavey’s Park section, and off-leash, from the rear of Graham St to the park’s north-western tip.
