AN Altona Meadows man has died in hospital 10 months after being crushed by a forklift in Tullamarine.
The incident occurred at a Star Track Express on Annandale Rd on 15 September 2005 when a forklift he was driving hit a beam and tipped on its side.
The man, who was 28 at the time, was rushed to Royal Melbourne Hospital with serious head injuries.
Tip-overs are the second-highest cause of forklift-related deaths.
