In a report on 21 May under the headline “Drug home retained”, it was incorrectly stated that County Court Judge Frank Gucciardo had sentenced Sunshine North man George Cini “to two years’ imprisonment, suspended for 18 months”. This was not correct. In fact, the Judge sentenced Mr Cini to two years’ imprisonment, 18 months of which was suspended. Mr Cini had served six months immediate imprisonment.
