THIS year, the Tweed Heads Croquet Club had the pleasure to host monthly play mornings for Fairways Assisted Living Centre.
Golf Croquet was the game of choice and 10 enthusiastic Fairways’ players challenged our members to be the first to seven hoops.
Two games of 45 minutes were played with a midway break to partake in a delicious morning tea and a hearty chat. Friendships were struck and antidotes exchanged.
Due to the success of these events, arrangements have been made to resume monthly visits in March next year.
The club celebrated the coming of Christmas on Monday 9 December and a photo was taken to catch the moment.
