HOBSONS Bay children will get a colourful introduction to road safety when Victoria’s road safety mascot Thingle Toodle pops up in the municipality.
Thingle Toodle encourages young children to hold hands with an adult when crossing the road to ensure their safety.
Hobsons Bay mayor Leigh Hardinge said Thingle Toodle would appear on signs across Hobsons Bay to promote the road safety message.
“Teaching children to cross the road safely is imperative,” Cr Hardinge said.
